[Resolved] Big Bazaar — Cheating and harrasing customer | |||
Regarding invoice No. 0030165, Tr 21328. Did a shopping of worth 1698 Rs tonight and asked Syed to redeem the amount through the FG Shopping card 8229xxxxxxx2870. Instead of redeeming it through the card, he swiped the total amount from the debit card in spite of repetitive request. Then they asked us to wait near the counter for 30 min so that he can redeem the amount of our card in another transaction and give us the cash. The cashier was giving the 100 rs every time when the other person was doing a cash transaction. This is not the 1st time I am experiencing such bad service. And the worst thing is a person named Chandan is good for nothing, he doesn't know how to behave with the customer. I request you to take some strong action against him. Please call me at my cell phone for the bad experience over the counter. Had to wait for 1 hour. You can have a look at the CC tv coverage for the additional information. These people are not ready to listen to our concern. I don't see any meaning in having people like Chandan in customer care center. Awaiting for positive action from your end. I have all the proof with me. Even had 2 of my friends as evidence. I don't know writing a long mail will give the justice. I am trying my best to get the positive action from your end. Please call me to get the complete horrible one hour picture in the big bazaar, JP nagar, 2nd Phase, Bangalore 560011. I don't mind losing that credit amount of 14, 400 INR which is there in my FG shopping card. Forget me, I would not suggest people to go to Big bazaar. I want justice, mistake do happen. But the way Chandan the customer care person responded was horrible. I want you to take some action against him. He is not fit to be in care center. He thinks as if his father owns the Big Bazaar.
