[Resolved]  Big Bazaar — Cheating and overcharging customers above MRP - Serious Issue

Dear Big Bazaar, I have been shopping with you for many years now. But, what I found out today is that I have been cheated all these years. Yes, how do you think you can sell a product above its MRP? I checked my bill today after I returned home (which I don't do usually), and found out that you have billed three products higher than their MRPs. Who gave you the permission to do it? If this is what you are doing to each customer, how much money you will be making daily by cheating? I understand that you update your stocks every single day, and also update the prices. But, don't you have the older stocks with lesser MRP? How can you sell those packs too for the higher price, which is above MRP? I am not talking just for myself, but on behalf of everyone who don't check their bills at all, like how I have been all these years. Find the bill and MRP of the products attached. I need a responsible answer from your end, or I am taking this issue to the next level. Regards, Sai Shyam G
