Big Bazaar — delay in refund after cancellation of profit club card | |||
I had prepared profit club card on 24th january from big bazaar Ramdaspeth Branch Nagpur. The next day itself I visited Big Bazaar in order to cancel my profit club card as I realized that the facts that were suppose to be told before the payment of Rs10, 000 were told later.I was told by the staff to come after 27th Jan as they were busy in the 'Big day'scheme. Thus I gave my card for cancellation on 28th Jan.I haven't been refunded my balance amount till now i.e on 21th feb viz has crossed the limit of 15-20 days as told to me.I 've waited for a long time & now feel frustated.When making a profit club card takes just a few seconds(no ID proof is compulsary) then why the refund takes a month? regards, Riddhi Kakadiya user name-[protected] Nagpur Was this information helpful? | |||

They have asked for my Pan card & cancelled cheque which i have already with them. Now, there customer care number(1800 266 2255) is not working and emails are failing for [email protected]. I am using 2 Big Bazaar profit club card since 2021. I tried reaching the customer care of Big Bazaar and also sending the mail to the mailing address of Big Bazaar. But both are not working since last 6 months. I need the refund amount. Kindly guide me at the earliest.

I have submitted ORIGINAL PROFITCLUB CARD along with Application and Cancelled Cheque, Aadhaar Card Photocopy to Bigbazar Outlet on 09-May-2022 12.40 PM with CRM Number BB22200632005, PROFITCLUB Card Number 92234269445833 with my Contact Number 9874545693 for Refund Amount 7000/- .
The Amount is not deposited till date to my Bank Account. Please let me know when the amount will be credited to my bank account.

I make my card on dec 2021 and in my next visit after one month I got informed that big bazaar is closed now and they give me assurances that this card will work in smart bazaar. But now they are not allowing to shop with this card. I tried thousand of times customer care[protected] which is not Connected. Then I tried to send my complaint on [protected]@bigbazaar.com and same as customer care number it is failed to deliver. I feel very frustrated that big bazaar cheats our hard urn money.
