Big Bazaar — Excessive time taken for billing | |||
On 7th Dec'14 visited Big Bazar Kacheguda (Maheswari Parameshwari) and probably this would be the last time if you don't pay proper attention & take necessary actions to minimize the Customer inconveniences. First i stood in counter number 5 queue for the billing in grocery section. After reaching to the counter it was told that only cash would be accepted while at the counter board it was clearly mentioned that both cash & credit cards are accepted. Then while i moved to the next counter (counter 4) it took almost 25 minutes for billing only one customer before me. The counter person was extremely casual and took a huge time in catering to the sodex passes provided by the previous customer. Why should not be there separate counter for handling sodex passes as generally it takes a lot of time by big bazar billing persons ? I've met the customer care manager Mr Sharad and apprised him on this. Please ensure proper attention would be given to this concern regards, R Biswas Was this information helpful? | |||
