[Resolved]  Big Bazaar — Forcely debited my Cr. card for Rs.10000.00 instead of Rs.4538.00 at Bigbazar, Serampore,Hooghly

This to inform you that I went to shopping at Bigbazar, Serampore, Dist. Hooghly. But I had purchased for Rs. 4538.00. tranction. no 22743 dt. 27/11/2014 paid by cr. card. But your staff Sri Santanu Roy forcely debited my cr. card for Rs. 10000.00 and push a bonus card for Rs.5000.00. Inspite of my repeated protest he could not refund for Rs.5000.00 and later he said to me it will be refund within a week but still now I have no reply and any message from your site.
