I have parked my car at kharagpur big bazaar car Parking zone on 25.03.2016 and also paid parking fees around 7 PM but when I leave the mall I have seen my car's front bumper have scratched by other car. I asked the security and shown him the mess but he ignored it and tell me leave the matter.if this is the standerd of security level so pls don't asking any parking fees.
