I Aditya Gupta bought diapers from big bazaar, Ambience Mall Rohini and almost after half and hour I returned it because I get a call from my home that they have bought diapers. So I went to return back they didn't refunded me and gave me credit note of rs680. This scenario happened on 25 August 2016. I kept that credit note in my wallet. But when I was travelling in a market somebody stolen my wallet from my pocket. This scenario happened on 31 August 2016. And I went to your outlet and the executive present at the customer service desk she knew that I bought diaper and returned it back. But she refused. And I'm having a police FIR of stolen wallet.
