[Resolved]  Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail — Offers not reflecting on the bills and overcharging

This recurring issue is related to the overcharging MRP/offer price in the bill. This has happened 4-5 times in the past as well. Had escalated this issue earlier either. Floated offers not reflecting in the bill and customers are charged high.

I mostly now visit Reliance Mart and DMart as they have better offers and correct billing every time. Whenever I visit Big Bazaar, need to end up checking the bill amounts.

Escalated to the Store as well but looks like it is falling on the deaf years. Lodged a complaint in this regard yesterday with Bigbazaar helpline. Complaint no. 7076131.

Escalated this issue to Future Group. Priya had responded but then there was no solution provided further.
