[Resolved] Big Bazaar — mismanagement at Big Bazaar Belgaum | |||
I visited Big Bazar Belgaum yesterday and had a shopping worth 11000 rupees and I am a frequent visitor and monthly I spend almost 25 k at Big Bazar. First of all there was no helper to put the goods on the bill desk, to pack the billed good in a carry bag, the cashier wanted to rush back for lunch so she was in hurry and she kept saying counter is closed come after some time [ Waiting is obvious in India...I could feel at Big Bazar even]... she was rough and rude at customers. [ Can be checked at CCTV camera] now after putting all at the time of payment I was asked for ID card as I wanted to pay through ATM [ I hope there is no such rule from RBI ...may be Big BAZAR is higher authority than RBI... I agreed even but I was asked to wait at least 30 minutes until they Xeroxed my id proof [ As I said waiting is obvious]. I asked how could they assure that taken ID will not be misused ... how can we promise sir ...was the answer. I told please display it at least so the customer will mind it... the answer was : The management doesn't listen sir... After an hour of wastage I went to Customer Care Desk [ Please check Ur CCTV footage] for a complain but like bull Indian Culture there was no Complain Register ... must be disappeared with HUDHUD cyclone. I waited a long fin all I went to store manager at Basement...complained him the answer was as simple as drop of water " Sir we have also protosted for ID issue but Retailer Association has made it mandatory" [ Now I confirmed that these so called retailer are higher, bigger and stronger than RBI and consumer forums] now I aske ok am agree but why have you not des played this rule... the answer was resemblance of a political " Yes sir we will it very soon" ...I asked where is your complain register then Cashier spoke in between [ Mr Rakish] sir it is in warehouse... [ I think the customers are given a free trip to warehouse for Diwali gift] There may be cost cutting having same complain register for customers and rats at warehouse. Now after wasting three hours like a abla aam adami came back to home tired. Yet feeling proud HUM US SAHAR KE VAASI HAI JIS SAHAR MAIN BIG BAZAR RAHTA HAI... Finally planning to Put an RTI to RBI and State government that who has given authority to BIGGGGGGG BAZARRRRRR to collect the ID proof from the customer ...if given under which act... even writing a letter to all newspapers about the same...
