[Resolved]  Big Bazaar — Non refund of failed transaction

I had bought a tea shirt from ur outlet and maid payment through debit card but the transition was failed than I paid by cash but later on I got msg that 499 rs deducted and than talked to ur care personlly the said it will be refunded with in 2 days but its already 1days gone but no refund I purchased from gip mall big bazar Noida on 31.05.2015
