Sub: AN EXPERIENCE OF BEING ABUSED AND THREATEN BIGBAZAR MAXUS MALL OUTLET With extreme disappointment and displeasure, I convey to you my experience of being abused and threaten by the ur employee name Mr.Amit Garge assistant store managerat the customer Support desk. yesterday on 12/10/14 at 10p.m.when I him for my previous shopping's outstanding voucher of rs.200.He gave me gali in hindi'chutmarike' jyada paower mat dikha.bahar nikal yaha se.tere jaise customer nahi chahiye.bahar chal dekhta hoo tuje...etc.The store manager also took his side and harass me verbal.but when some other customer gather and my wife intervene Mr.Amit garge inresponsibally leaved the place without apologize me.I leaved my trolley which I shopped but not billed.last time also he being rude and told come on 12th October 2014. These mail is to intimate you that how ur employees are treating customers. Kindly take appropriate, concrete and disciplinary against Mr.Amit Garge and the store manager chandrakant.if not I will take legal action in consumer court and defamation case against your employee and entire future retail group.
