[Resolved] Big Bazaar — Very Poor Service of the product | |||
I purchased a Wildcraft bag from Big Bazaar, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. Due to zipper problem, I took it to that same place, where it was told to me that to solve this zipper problem will take 10-15 days. I was agreed somehow as i had no other option. I submitted Bag against gate pass no.2397 on 5th November, 2014 where the date of delivery was 20th November, 2014. I was agreed in that. When I reached to store It was told that due to some problem It will take 2-3 more days. Again when I visited on 24th November, 2014 it was told that the service man was sick, so it will take 2-3 more days. We will inform you about that. Again when I asked the nos. given on gatepass of Mr. Kuldeep ([protected], [protected]) the reply was very rude and it was again told to me wait for another ten days.
