[Resolved] Big Bazaar — worst customer service | |||
On 23rd September, 2013 (receipt attached), I request to repair/replace one of the 360 degree rotating suitcase wheels by their service, willing to pay the cost (BIG BAZAR, MBD Neopolis Mall, Jalandhar). But even after 10 months (till now) I haven't hear any service they provided nor they called even promised many times will do it. I visited also three times so far just to get back suitcase in whatever condition but whenever I asked about suitcase, with some unusual reasons they keep ignoring. I strongly against the person Mr. Kamal who dealt with luggage caring is the worst person full of aggression and suggest to take action against him. Was this information helpful? | |||
