Bigbasket.com — Items not delivered and money is not getting refunded | |||||
Hi, Big basket should immediately be banned. They are doing all unethical activities. We have ordered some items and paid the money. But while delivering they had not delivered 5 items. When we called they said, they will refund money that too 150%. It happened on sunday i.e. 4th Dec. But they didn't do anything. Next day again called and they said within an hour they will pay back the amount into the wallet. Till now nothing happened i.e. 3 days no action and no response. If I go through all these complains here, looks like they are doing something wrong. So I believe we should not use Big Basket any more, it should be something else. This is absolutely unacceptable! Will make sure the company pays for this in consumer court!
