First while browsing some website, A small pop out came saying there is a prize waiting for you and I opened it and found - fill the google chrome survey to get the prize and after filling I found 3 options for the sansung mobile. I was selected an samsung galaxy for 499 rs, as a lucky winner for some visitor survey done on the site..I went for it.The amount of rs 599 was deducted from my bank account but i didn't get any bill/receipt for the same. Still the date i didn't get any notification about my order from the bigsop company and i don't have order number to track the details. I am unhappy about their service they are not responding on time. So kindly notify about my order details or else return my Rs.499
