[Resolved] Bigsop.com — can't login my account

I have participated in Bigsop contest and invested 799 Rs. In that i have been given Points to purchase Bigsop products. But i want to purchase any product for cash back my amount i can't access my login account and when i choose to forgot password there no email or massage sent by company. and also they customer care are not receiving any phone call on which no. given by them.
