Hi, I am Prameela Rani, working as a Software Engineer in TeamF1 Networks, Madhapur. I have purchased a washing machine on 21/08/2015 in Big Bazar, Ameerpet. While Paying money using my ICICI bank debit card, the cashier swiped my card and proceeded till I enter my PIN, and told the transaction has been declined. He attempted second time and succeeded. But money got deducted from my account twice. When I asked about the same, they told for failed transactions money will get reverted in some time. As it was night time, and I came with my kids, I left for the day and the next day was sunday. Today when I am asking for this they are asking for my card number and saying we cannot do any thing. Please help me out in this regard.
