Dear Sir/Mam I would like to inform you that few month ago i paid Rs 799/- Order No: 91616487, Order Placed On: 25 Aug 2014, 16:51 PM. Through My Credit Card online to Bigsop.com for a mobile phone contest and after paying the amount to them their website, I m not getting my refund. After posting this complainant I got 2 calls from BIGSOP. They told there are calling from Bigsop Mobile No: [protected] & +[protected]. They are asking for details only Credit Card(Citi Bank, axis bank, icici bank) cards no, Exp no and 3 digit No mention of the backside card or Debit card No. I didn't accepted to share the details, i told will give SB account No. They can't transfer amount for Sb account no. they can only transfer Credit Card If willing to share the all details of the cards. I have placed an order on 18th october 2014 through order no[protected] for RS..799/-.for amobile on contest basis.
But till date no response has come from BIGSOP, nither they refunded my money.
I think they are cheating people and trying to earn money with this type of fraud.
Please beaware of this type of fraud in future.
