[Resolved]  Bill Desk — Regarding payment failure & deduction Made From Account

Dear Sir,
On 07/07/2014 I have made a payment for filling up my IBPS RRB Exam form which reached to the payment procejure and i entered the secure code also through my SBI Mestro Debit card, but Certainly The error occoured reffring the decline in transaction but my A/c Was Debited by the total fee of Rs.606.72.
please help me regarding this as my cash is by with you mail on my email id below.
