Billdesk — Amount debited from my account but no recharge | |||||
Sir/Madam, I Have performed an online transaction for recharging my prepaid IDEA cellular mobile using SBI Internet Banking Service on 15.12.2015 through BillDesk and the amount was debited from my account on the same day. But there was no recharge on that day and moreover today(16.12.2015) i got transaction confirmation message from SBI quoting the Transaction Reference Number..Till now i did't get any recharge to my mobile for the effect of above transaction.. I paid my idea Prepaid bill of Rs 299 through BillDesk. The payment was successful and the amount debited from my ICICI Bank account towards the bill payment.But idea has not got credited the amount yet and they reminded me again to pay the bill of Rs 299...i am paying two times but it was failed 2 times.
