Billdesk — balance deducted but no ticket generated or refund made

on 25 oct i had made a ticket from delhi to cochi from indigo airlines for 28 december. there was no ticket or pnr generated, on inquiring from indigo customer care i found that they did not recieved the money thats why the ticket was not generated. but through sbi net banking was amount was deducted. please refund the money as soon as possible.total amount wasrs.8100
