RESPECTED SIR, I have used net banking to recharge my BSNL prepaid for Rs 110/- on 19/10/2014 with reference number ASBT[protected]IG00CBKTT7 TRANSFER TO [protected] BILL DESK-ONLINE INTL, but has not yet recieved the amount in my phone.
