Billdesk — fail to get registration and password

on 01-jun-14, i have submitted the sbi clerk form.after all the procedure when i did online payment, payment got debited from my account but i did not get registration and password.i My transaction was failed with error "Reasons: sorry!with error time.Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries"But the payment is done successfully and the amount is debited from my account.So what should I do now? .please reply me at my e-mail mentioned below.
