last date is 23.04.2014 neither, i will be pay extra amount .

I had applied for PAN card through nsdl . i paid through india ideas and amount got debited and and was not paid to nsdl . transaction india ideas OTC:BCRP[protected] AND REF:CN[protected]. PLZ REFUND ME BACK
