Billdesk — Mobile bill pending and amount deducted from my account

I paid my ide postpaid postpaid bill of Rs 597 through Billdesk.The payment was successful and the amount debited from my Oriental bank of commerce account towards the bill payment.But idea has not got credited the amount yet and they reminded me again to pay the bill of Rs 597...please solve my complain in 48 hours otherwise i will go police and consumer forum [protected] against billdesk and idea
