[Resolved] Billdesk — money deducted from bank account, but not credited in Tata Power-DDL account | |||
I have made payment of Rs.1370 against my Tata power electricity bill to Billdesk through ICICI Bank more than a week back. Though money got dedcuted from my account but Tata power bill still showing outstanding.When I am trying to reach to the customer care of Bill desk then I haven't got chance to speak to any customer care executive since they are not picking up the call.Its rubbish that customer is facing these kind of issues from whom these people get business.Can we take any action OR we need to file a case in consumer .
