[Resolved]  Billdesk — Money Deducted not Refunded

My name is Sanket Moharkar, paid fees for SBI associate bank clerical Cadre exam on 8th Dec 2014 through HDFC Net Banking however the transaction was not successful but money deducted from my account stating if transaction not successful will be refunded but the same is not done.
