On 09.05.2016 at about 2200 hrs I made a transaction to CESC.CO.IN Kolkata for making payment of Electricity bill, of Rs.100/- through SBI, and the same amount has been deducted from my Account but till date I did not receive the Money receipt through BillDesk.
