sir i was makeing payment from my credit card .suddenly billdesk payment page come before me.there was written that this information will sent to third party, so i cancel the payment.then a msg come to my regter mob about the deduction of RS 36 FROM MY CREDIT CARD.SO I WANT YOU TO REFUND MY BALANCE
