Billdesk — Payment not received by cesc

Dear sir,

I have made a payment to cesc on 22.08.16 from icici bank a/c through billdesk gateway against my cesc bill cust. id - [protected]. the bill amt. of rs.810.00 has been debited from my bank acct. on 22.08.16, (ref.-bil/[protected]/cesc bill rajib 74/cesc), but i did not received any payment confirmation from cesc or bill desk. my due date of payment to cesc was 23.08.16. kindly confirm whether payment is successful or not. if it is not successful then pls. refund the money in my acct. so that i can make the payment to cesc again today.

While submitting payment for amazon india using my sbi online banking amazon denied receiving any payment and cancelled the order. My account shows the amount debited thru BILL DESK.

Then it shows checking the connection or checking the proxy or firewall. But what is the problem i can not find it. if it is my connection problem then others page why quickly open. so please send a link through mail and solve my problem as quick as possible.
