I made a payment for my bsnl landline bill through the bill desk payment gateway using icici net banking portal. The tx. Amount is 948.00 but the bsnl merchant didnt receive the money. Please tell me the status of the transaction, whether the money is sent to the bsnl merchant or not. If not please refund my money.

Please tell me the status of the transaction, whether the money is sent to the hdfc merchant or not. If not please refund my money.
