I made a payment for my bsnl landline bill through the bill desk payment gateway using icici net banking portal. The tx. Amount is 948.00 but the bsnl merchant didnt receive the money. Please tell me the status of the transaction, whether the money is sent to the bsnl merchant or not. If not please refund my money. Just now i have recharge Idea Prepaid data with 2g -2gb 28 days data pack with amounted 248. due to some reason my transaction got failed and amount debited to my bank account
