Billdesk — Refund of money because of wrong transaction | |||
RESPECTED SIR, I have done a transaction for payment in SRI VENKTESWRA COLLEGE (DELHI UNIVERSITY) ADMISSION FEE for Rs.12530+214.26 tax through my SBI BANK ATM card no. [protected] from SBI bank account no. [protected] on[protected] but on first transaction it was displayed that the "ADMISSION FEE NOT PAID" but the amount of rs. 12744.26 deducted from my account [protected].Then i tried for second transaction and fee got paid and the amount of rs 12744.26 deducted again.Hence the transaction was done twice for the same purpose and the amount of rs. 12530+214.26 was deducted twice. My transaction details are as follows which were sent to cell:- 1.) Thankyou for using your SBI DEBIT CARD 459XXX8075 for a purchase worth rs. 12744.26 on POS 00005078 at Billdesk.com_BillPay IN txn#[protected]:18 pm on 4th july of 2015.) 2.) Thankyou for using your SBI DEBIT CARD 459XXX8075 for a purchase worth rs. 12744.26 on POS 00005078 at Billdesk.com_BillPay IN txn#[protected]:35 pm on 4th july of 2015.)
