[Resolved] Billdesk — Refund the amount regarding | |||
Dear Sir, I have done the IOB online payment thro My Debit card on 16/12/14 to Bajaj finance to pay First EMI (IOBBILLDESK FPG 138365O14121 and FPG137202O14121). But the IOB transaction has been failed two times but the amount was debitted from my account.(IOB Account Number [protected]) Due to the reason i have paid the First EMI thro other Bank debit (ICICI) on 16/12/14 in order toavoid the late fee and same has been sucessed. But the above said IOB two transactions amount (Rs. 5066 X 2) was debited in my IOB account. Same has been informed and Sent the Mail to IOB in order to refund the amount to my account. These amount is not creditted in Bajaj Finanace same has been confirmed from Bajaj Finance. In this regard, please REFUND my amount of Rs, 10, 132 to my account. I have tried doing the online transactions on 24th[protected]rs to Bajaj finance which transactions was unsuccessful. My account balance got debited for 2times amount of 4660rs. Please refund the amount at the earliest. Pease acknowledge and when can we receive the amount.
