Billdesk — transaction failed but amount deducted rs 16100

I have paid my hdfc credit card bill of rs 16100 today(23rd may 2015) .transaction failed but the amount has been deducted. Please refund urgently. 24th may is the last day of my bill date, and i am unable to receive any update or refund from your end.my email id [protected]@yahoo.com
