Being a kidney transplant patient, I have been prescribed your product Cyclophil ME 100 ORAL USP. I purchased this product in June 2014. The product has a bottle with the solution in it and a plastic inlet nozzle. This plastic in-let nozzle has fins around it made of poor quality of plastic as shown in the attached pictures. The fins got broken after inserting it in the bottle with a time o[censored]se and very small pieces of plastic fell in the solution and are blocking the inlet pipe. These minute pieces of plastic can be very dangerous if they are taken inside with the medicine by the patient. I have stopped taking this medicine and now switched to other Company product "Neoral Oral Solution" which is double costly than your product ...??? but having good quality of the Medicine components which are simple to handle and do not need extra ordinary care while using the product.
Though, I am a Indian and want that our country products should always have upper hand on the any foreign made product, but alas!! Our small carelessness in quality selection of the different components makes our product inferior leaving the fact that our medicine quality is far better than those. I would like to advise you to compare the quality of both companies inlet nozzle and see the difference yourself.
Hope you will look into the matter and make better your quality as at par with any Foreign made competitive product.
