Hello BioTrim Team, After several follow up i have failed to receive any communication and even the earlier complaint was closed without any confirmation as i have still not received any clarity from your end with related to over ordering. I have received few calls from multiple customers of BioTrim raising the same fact of overcharging. As there is no communication and response to my mail it seems that you guys have cheated multiple customers by not delivering products, overcharging and so on. My view is straight and i have all relevant email communication related to ordering and cancellation which took up in 15 mins of over debit from my account and can be presented in if needed. I need clarity on cancellation and reversal asap. Please confirm if i am satisfied with your response before closing this case. regards, Manish
