Biotrim Labs — Product not received

Hi I have ordered a product of rs 9800 online from Bio trim labs.com on Dec 16th '14, it's been 1 month but I haven't received any product till now, When I am trying to contact them on phone none of the numbers are working and in online chat they keep saying we are sorry for the delay due to high demand for our product its getting delayed. They say that it was posted through USPS but when I check the status with my track ID it says no results found with this track ID, I think this is totally fraud and all the customer reviews have the same issues. Please do the needful in getting my money back or products.
