Birds Care Limited, Chennai — Have taken the money but the goods are not shipped

I got the reference of this company from IndiaMART website to source some medicines. They have taken the money through NEFT transfer and had promised to send me the shipment details along with the tracking order within three hours. It has been 10 days now and till date no details are provided. The sales manager for this company - Mr. Ramesh Kumar will not pick up the calls and if I call from a different number, he picks up the call and tells me that they will provide the details as soon as possible. I am sensing that this company is running a big scam of fleecing money from customers.
