Issue in returning of 20L empty jars

I am facing issue with returning the empty bottles as the company itself cancels my request and each time they send automated mails that attempt to contact you failed. I am left with no option but to file case....

Empty Jars are not pickup for 2 months and Jars deposit amount not refunded

Empty Jar Pickup Order raised in Jan and Feb but still Bisleri didn't send anyone to pickup the Jar.

Frequently i'm getting messages from Bisleri that Empty Jar pickup rescheduled as Jars are not available.

When no one from Bisleri came for collection of Jars how Bisleri is placing this as a reason.

I Manish Gurjar, resident Mukherjee nagar, Delhi want to bring this issue o[censored]tmost importance into your cognizance. I have orders bisleri water bottle of 20 litres from a new local retailer nearby and I found that the taste is different from earlier used to be and same as tap water. I enquired to him but refused to accept anything. So as Bisleri is the brand synonyms to mineral water in country it's matter of grave concern that he is using...

Order Delay

My order number is ORDER # BOTDB-008MU-2179583
order 3 jars of 20/- liter each on[protected]

and was informed every day by the call center / Delivery Partner that will reach the next day.

One fine day on[protected] finds the order is canceled without any information nor any refund.

calling the call center is a vague and the sales person of Bisleri now has stopped receiving calls also.br...

This is regarding order #BOTSA-003HY-2217132. My order is continously keep on rescheduling. The delivery boy is not even picking up the phone. I wrote an email to customer care and I was promised that the delivery will happen by end of day but the reality is again delivery rescheduled. 4 Empty 20 L cans not collected and refund not received.

4 of my empty 20 L cans of bisleri have not been collected and refund of deposit not received. While delivering, the delivery guy from bisleri had asked to credit the deposit amount to his personal account, to which I called bisleri customer care and they asked me to do so.. and now he is refusing to refund the deposit amount and not collecting empty 20 L cans.
Despite repeated calls to bisleri customer care no steps have been taken...

Fraud pickup boy and no support from bisleri

Pickup order BOTSA-003HY-2050595, Empty Jars were picked up by Rakesh [protected] on 8th feb 2023 and he never updated the same in the system since then it is getting rescheduled. I have sent 4-5 emails to [protected]@bisleri and i think bisleri doesn’t care. Your agents has called me two times and said it will be solved and nothing happens. I need my money now it has been weeks now. So much fraud and drama for 360rs? You can do better Bisleri....

I bought Autometic dispensor from Bissleri but found that it was not working and immediatly complaint to Bissleri and after follow up they arrange to pick up old product but from last 30 days i did nit receive reolacement product from Bissleri instead of regular follow up, even i have given them dunning notice on email...

Empty Jar Pickup not addressed & Refund not received

I placed an empty jar return request on 09th Jan 2023 and after that they haven't picked the empty jar and due to this they are not returning my money.

So far I had contacted their Cust. Care more than 10 to 12 times, and their support executive reply every time that the distributor will action the request within 2 days, but till now no response from distributor and Cust. Care taken the complaint too but no one turned up yet....

I have placed my first order on 10th Dec’22 which got delivered on 19th Dec’22 after multiple follow up. The customer service team as well as the email team just of no use. They just talk like parrot that it’s been escalated but no one takes the responsibility. They just want to hang the phone or close their ticket number.

2nd order was placed on 25th Dec’22 which was delivered on 6th Jan’23 and that too because...

Worms in the 20l water can

We generally buy the 20l bisleri cans this never happened earlier but newly since 2months and not at all happy about the worms in the drinking water why ?? we pay to get worms ?? it's really disgusting and get sick because of this water on top of other diseases in this world, tis was lesser for us .. Never going to trust anymore this brand and decided not to buy if it was first time I would hav ignored probably thinking mayb...

Unprofessional. No progress on empty jar collection

I have placed an order for empty jar collection on 6th Nov 2022. Today is 16th Nov. No one came to pickup the jars. No update whatsoever
Their helpline portal also doesnt work properly. It is really a very bad experience from a brand like bislery and I felt like cheated on the name of security deposit....

Empty cans not picked up.

For the past one month I have been calling the customer care services, the plant and everybody in Bisleri to pick up my empty jars and refund my security deposit. For the last one month, I’ve been hearing “sorry for the inconvenience” from the customer care services. Today was unbelievable- I called the area manager and he asked me very rudely- why did you order the cans.
Such an incompetent set of employees and what a bad service...

Unprofessional conduct

I placed empty jar pick up request on 26.08.2022 and requested them to return my deposited money. after that I have contacted them several times through email and over the phone to return my deposited money but all try went into vain as they did nothing apart from false commitment to solve the issue within 48 hour but their 48 hours never completed even after one month. on 26.09.2022 they suddenly sent an email notifying that the empty jar...

Neither returning my deposited money nor picking up empty jar

I placed an empty jar return request on 26.08.2022 and after that they neither returning my money nor picking up the empty jar. I have contacted with them several times through email and phone and their telecaller reply everytime that the issue will be solved within 48 hours but their 48 hours will be 1 month by this 25.09.2022 still their 48 hours not completing....

2 empty cans were picked up from me by M/S Bisleri International Pvt Ltd on[protected] vide return pick up order no BSLRE-003HY-1354503. But the security deposit of Rs 300/- collected from me is not refunded so far in spite of several reminders.
