Bisleri — Drinking water is INTOLERABLY WORSE | |||
I am an esteemed customer of your Bisleri Brand (20 Llr) from Mid-April of 2014. However, the crates/containers were dirty but we did not say anything because the water was at normal quality. But, we are being bound to inform you that now, the quality of water is INTOLERABLY WORSE & lesser in quality than any other local brand present in the market. Bad odour of 'CHLORINE' & 'BUBBLES' as if it is contaminated or whatever and not ready to drink. The problem starts from a few months before when the company introduced newly labelled bottles. Is it the new policy of the company to inject the customers with worst quality of water behind new label and crystal clear containers?? Does the company think its customers really fool & ready to drink whatever they offer against huge amount of price?? We need really faster solution to this problem. I have already submitted a complaint on 06.03.2015 in the website http://www.bisleri.com/contact-us/ but no reply or feedback has been received by me till today i.e. 14.03.2015 in my email id [protected]@yahoo.com.
