we are purchasing 20 liters water cane from HM mart Dwarka sector 6 New Delhi since last two years, it is observed that the bottles supplied are very dirty and old one and water supplied is not as per standards. Water gives a feeling as hard water and some time stomach upset also observed. You are requested to look into the matter and take the preventive step.

Bisleri International customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
We are facing water quality issue for all the bottles since June 2014. The water is hard (not sweet as it was earlier) and tasted salty. We have also observed white layers/chips in the dispenser bottle.
We have already complained about the issue in Aug 2014. And then we were told that there would no issue in the next ordered bottle but it did not happen the water still is not good (salty). We doubt the TDS level of the water. Request you to urgently check the quality of the water here in our office of the bottles we have. We work from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday.
Kindly note if this continues even in next order we will have to look for other options.
Pls. Register a complaint once again, let us know the complaint number (which was not given last time). Pls. Resolve the issue by Wednesday 24th September 2014.
