I have a blackberry 9320 which i purchased in 2013. Suddenly it stopped working and was unable to read the sim card. I went Pune customer service center and informed that it is showing two options:-
1. Sim card error
2. Unauthorised sim card
First they advised me to change the sim card as they assumed that could be the problem. When i advised them that i have already done that;; they took my cell phone for service . After 2 weeks i collected the same and the problem was still there. This whole process happened 3 times in 3 consecutive months. My cell phone is still not repaired and its warranty is going to get lapsed in May 14.
They are unable to rectify my problem and not changing the cell phone when its still in warranty period. And then they talk about customer service. Its sad they don't understand the problems of customers especially female business travellers. I strongly feel they are actually waiting for my warranty to get over. So that they can charge me for the same or shrug their shoulders off. Was this information helpful? |
