Hi used Blaze-flash courier service to send my tekfusion earphones worth 1500/- to Tekfusion Bangalore office on 19/3/2014, as it was in warranty and I wanted a replacement. Since then I am daily calling to their office for the status, as it hasn't been delivered yet.Getting no answer from them, have a complain number 169994 as well. From last 2-3 months their customer care number also not responding, and now the warranty of my earphones are also about to expire.

I have received the earphones but sadly every replacement I received was a faulty one. I have been promised the sum amount of my courier charges, I haven't received them as well. Mr. Harry there is quite not interested and wants to eat each and every customers money. This is my 3rd replacement and by their phenomenal standards that they have, I received a broken one this time. I called him and he was on a holiday in Gujarat. He told me that he would be returning my calls, however he hasn't and I have a earphone worth 2100 Rs. plain useless. I hope people read this review and do not buy products from such dubious companies.

I would like to file a complaint against this company in a consumer court and am willing to go all out for such fraud people.
