Blazeflash Courier — No one picking the call at Customer care while our call rates used | |||
This is to inform you the your customer service is worse in the country. While trying to reach your customer care number [protected], the IVR starts (i.e our call rates start and we have to pay for this call) but strange thing is after following the IVR statements, the call is disconnected. It is not just coincidence, I have tried 5 times and same thing happened. So first, your delivery service is so poor that it is taking more than 10 days for a domestic care and still I am not sure whether I will be getting my packet or NOT. My AWB number is[protected] which should have reached Bangalore one week back. Current status is "13/12/2013 Out for Delivery by BANGLORE PH:[protected], 82, 83" But today it is 15/12/2013 still I didn't received it. Phone number mentioned here is bogus. Only first number is reachable but ofcourse as it is Blazeflash, no one will pick that number.Huh!!! I don't understand if it take more than 2 days to deliver in the same city as this packet is out for delivey on 13/12/2013 from Bangalore. Other thing, your customer service is worst where no body even bother about the customer satisfaction.
