[Resolved]  Blazeflash courier Pvt Ltd — stolen items from my parcel

I CA Siddhartha khurana having office at Shri Gyan
Market, Behind V Mart, Ambala Road, Saharanpur-247001 had couriered an envelop
through your courier office at Saharanpur at Shri gyan market, behind V mart,
Saharanpur-247001. We had sent one token USB and a letter in that envelop to
Advocate Sh. Prabhat rana having his office at deoband holding very important
& confidential data. It was clearly mentioned in the POD numbering
[protected] dated 01/02/2014 that POD courier is to be delivered to Advocate
Prabhat Rana, Deoband. On the face of envelop also clearly address of the Shri
Advocate Prabhat Rana was mentioned i.e. TO, Advocate Sh. Prabhat rana, Near
Ram Leela Maidan, Sh. Bala ji Dham, Deoband, Distt: Saharanpur Ph: [protected].
Phone number was also mentioned on the face of the envelop so that in case of
any difficulty courier incharge may contact the person to whom the envelop is
to be delivered. But your courier employee being totally negligent sent the
courier to rajasthan jaipur. On the back of the envelop at from categorically
the address & phone no. of the sender was mentioned as i.e. From Siddhartha
Khurana, Shri gyan maket, Behind V mart, Saharanpur-247001.

I don’t know when it
was clearly mentioned on the face of the envelop in “TO” section that this
courier was meant for Advocate prabhat rana having address Advocate Sh. Prabhat
rana, Near Ram Leela Maidan, Sh. Bala ji Dham, Deoband, Distt: Saharanpur Ph:
[protected], why it was sent to delhi & than forwarded to Rajasthan, Jaipur
city. For almost ten days our courier went from places to places just because of
negligence of your blazeflash employees at Saharanpur, Delhi & rajasthan.
Not just than after a span of fifteen days envelop was returned to us as on 15
feb 2014 in mutilated/torn/open condition. It was also noticed by all that the
USB token costing RS/- 1500.00 that was part of that envelop holding a letter
addressed to Advocate Sh Prabhat Rana was found missing & stolen. It is
hundred percent possibility that some of your Blaze flash courier employee at
delhi office or may be at jaipur rajasthan office might have stolen that USB
Token costing 1500.00/-. That token contained very important & confidential
data.


help us either get our Token USB drive back or appropriate compensation for loss

We have asked for a reply & help in this matter from your Saharanpur blazeflash Courier limited
office at ambala road but they have failed to provide us with reply or any help
in this regards. We have all proofs showing that there has been theft at your
employee hands, be it of Delhi office or Rajasthan jaipur office & thus we
