I am residing in Chennai. My packege containing original document on 28th Oct from Ansari Road, Darya Ganj, New Delhi for delivery at Chennai vie AWB no.[protected]. Its 25th day today and nobody in any office of blazeflash knows whereabout of the packet. And the website if providing below useless information for past 24 days.
I have been calling continuously Chennai office and for last 21 days, till today they are saying there is no trace of your document and when i called at delhi they said they you will get it soon in delhi. There has been no feedback at all from any of the office inspite of repeated complaints lodged. And inspite of having made more than 30 calls, Nobody knows where the packet is and when it will be delivered.
The docket number is[protected].
If this number is used to track the item on the Blazeflash site, he status that is displayed on the page.

(1) there is no control/tracking at any stage,
(2) there is no information about whereabout of courier and
(3)there will no reply/feedback irrespective of how many times you make a complaint. It is nothing but WORST kind of courier service ever experienced.
Kindly help me in this regard so that many more like me would be saved of such trouble.
