I placed order from paytm on 16th June 2015. Paytm shows the courier service is Blue Dart. Below are the Blue Dart details when I track my order in Blue Dart. When I reply the customer care they say that due to flight missing at source point there was delay in delivering your product. But the Senior Executive says below We deeply regret the inconvenience caused to you due to the said exception. With regards to the above subjected Air Way bill number there is shipment shortage at our Delhi Airport warehouse we are checking for the same with the concerned team on this.
