Bluedart Express Limited Safehand Logistics Private Limited 266/4, Diamond Harbour Road, Behala Chowrasta, Kolkata I am having the worst experience while BLUEDART failed (once again) in delivering a mobile phone from mi.com store. The product arrived yesterday and today it was marked out for delivery but it was not delivered for some reasons. When I asked the manager about the delivery he blatantly replied, unless it is a postpaid package, it will not be delivered in time. They get some extra margin when the product is ordered in COD mode. So to encourage that, they will not deliver prepaid products on time. I want to know if I have done any wrong in paying for the product upfront. And if not, then he is making a derogatory statement which needs to be addressed. Was this information helpful? | |||||
