Blue Dart Express — Complaint against delivering process | |||
HDFC Bank sent me a courier, waybill number [protected] which I needed urgently. Courier reached Calcutta Hub on 4th December, 2016. But they didn't deliver it. As on 09.12.2016 asking them the reason for this, they said that the complete address is not mentioned on the packet and there is no contact number of the addressee also. But, I know my complete address was clearly mentioned on the packet. When I inquired about the reason for not delivering... Immediate action will be highly appreciated.
