Blue Dart Express — Consignment delivered to wrong person / address | |||
My 2 consignments sent through blue dart courier not delivered to me. Suddenly today I got sms saying it's delivered to me and I only collected it. When I raised issue, concerned person is not allowing me to speak. He says his system accurate and he will enquire shortly. My question / concern is who is responsible if that consignment lost or missing used ? What the hell is going on with a reputed courier service company? Is there any control for this ?. I want this to be sort out immediately. My credit card delivered to wrong person. Please take it up. Was this information helpful? | |||
